Update Mac watchlist to exclude directories named 'ios'
Technically, this also excludes directories with the *suffix* 'ios',
since I couldn't figure out how to allow say, "fios/blah.mm" and not
"ios/blah.mm" and "base/ios/blah.mm". There don't appear to be any
directories like that, and something like "cocoa/fios/blah.mm" would
still be caught if it existed.
