Fix build instructions contents The table of contents for the Chromium build instructions omits "git status" meaning that the entry just says "Improving performance of", which is a bit cryptic. Also, the title isn't really accurate because the suggestions in that section actually improve the performance of many git commands, such as "git reset --hard" and many others.
