media: Fold media_service_unittests into media_unittests Historically media_service_unittests needs a different test runner and involves a standalone binary with it's main() function and mojo manifest file. So we had put the tests in its own test target. After several redesign and refactoring, now these tests are just normal unit tests. There's no reason to treat them separately anymore. This CL folds media_service_unittests into media_unittests to simplify our test code.
