Test that client certificates do not break socket reuse. This is further in preparation for revising this path. If we, for instance, bifurcated the socket pools on client certificate decisions without looking up from the cache eagerly, we'd regress this. (There's no danger of that in the current plan, but it was something on my mind so I wanted it captured in tests.)
