Fix three android .java style violations CheckJavaStyle treats style violations as presubmit errors, so getting "presubmit --all" error-free requires fixing these. Two of the fixes were trivial following of the recommendation. The third was skipping a generated file (IWebApkApi.java) from all checking. The errors (edited) were: chrome/android/features/vr/java/src/org/chromium/chrome/browser/vr/VrDaydreamApi.java:71: Please name the StrictModeContext variable "ignored" chrome/android/javatests/src/org/chromium/chrome/browser/vr/rules/XrActivityRestriction.java:43:12: '@SupportedActivity' annotation modifier does not precede non-annotation modifiers. chrome/android/webapk/shell_apk/src/org/chromium/webapk/lib/runtime_library/IWebApkApi.java:12:15: "abstract" modifier out of order with the JLS suggestions. Learn how to Get Around the Chromium Source Code Directory Structure .
For historical reasons, there are some small top level directories. Now the guidance is that new top level directories are for product (e.g. Chrome, Android WebView, Ash). Even if these products have multiple executables, the code should be in subdirectories of the product.
