Try to fix GeolocationProviderTest flakiness
Make the GeolocationProviderTest family of tests wait until the
geolocation thread has finished cleaning up during teardown. This
should fix the flakines (*should*, not *will* because I am unable
to reproduce the flakiness myself...).
