Delete WebMediaPlayerAndroid

The MediaPlayerRenderer is turned on by default in M57, and there does
not seem to be any regressions after M57 hitting beta. This change
deletes WMPA and the ability to switch between the old an the new path.

The information surrounding the MediaPlayerRenderer can be found in
crbug.com/619729

This change frees up 7.5 KiB.
