CrOS: add flag to enable using HDR transfer functions when present This CL adds a flag to explicitly enable using the HDR monitor(s) EDID-provided transfer function, if present at all. By default this flag is disabled because blindly using an HDR transfer makes HDR content look great and SDR content look faded (naive SDR-HDR mixing). The idea is to enable the flag for development.
