Raise 100pct tab audio indicator icon up one pixel.
This change moves the speaker inside the audio indicator graphic up one
pixel, to properly line-up with the close button (see bug).
Before making this change, I confirmed there was no UI layout bug. In
other words, it was the graphic and not the placement of the icon in the
UI that was the problem.
Also, checked that other graphics did not need changing: 1) Other media
indicator icons at 100pct. 2) The 200pct versions of the audio
indicator icons.
