Java idiomatic client for Monitoring Dashboards.
If you are using Maven, add this to your pom.xml file:
<dependency>
<groupId>com.google.cloud</groupId>
<artifactId>google-cloud-monitoring-dashboard</artifactId>
<version>1.2.1</version>
</dependency>
If you are using Gradle without BOM, add this to your dependencies
compile 'com.google.cloud:google-cloud-monitoring-dashboard:1.2.1'
If you are using SBT, add this to your dependencies
libraryDependencies += "com.google.cloud" % "google-cloud-monitoring-dashboard" % "1.2.1"
See the Authentication section in the base directory's README.
You will need a Google Cloud Platform Console project with the Monitoring Dashboards API enabled.
You will need to enable billing to use Google Monitoring Dashboards.
Follow these instructions to get your project set up. You will also need to set up the local development environment by
installing the Google Cloud SDK and running the following commands in command line:
gcloud auth login
and gcloud config set project [YOUR PROJECT ID]
.
You'll need to obtain the google-cloud-monitoring-dashboard
library. See the Quickstart section
to add google-cloud-monitoring-dashboard
as a dependency in your code.
Monitoring Dashboards are one way for you to view and analyze metric data. The Cloud Console provides predefined dashboards that require no setup or configuration. You can also define custom dashboards. With custom dashboards, you have complete control over the charts that are displayed and their configuration.
See the Monitoring Dashboards client library docs to learn how to use this Monitoring Dashboards Client Library.
To get help, follow the instructions in the shared Troubleshooting document.
