Have option to play new track at different starting position

Hello,

Could a new param be added to the player api "play()" function that allows you to play a new spotify track at a custom initial position? As of right now, I am simply playing the track then seeking sequentially but this still plays the beginning portion of a track which is unwanted.

(#121) This issue discusses a workaround but still leads to the same issue. Is it possible for this feature to be added?
