Update for release 0.3.45

Explicitely close stdin of the test sub-process to prevent lock.

Move orphaned "newlatex" writer to the sandbox.

Move the orphaned python source reader to the sandbox.

The "python" reader is no longer maintained and (in its current form)
does not work with Python 3.

Documentation from RST docstrings can be generated with the Sphinx
"autodoc" extension (http://sphinx.pocoo.org/latest/ext/autodoc.html).

Add docutils.math to installed packages

latex2e bugfix: avoid spurious ~ in output

Exlclude the last line of a text typeset with "insert_newline == true"
from the adding of "~" (no break space) to blank lines.
