Initiated the process by creating Standard Operating Procedures and then preparing learners to sit into entrance exam. If student passes the exam as per standard qualified as per CEFR- Level 2 (A1-A2) he may move to the job. Otherwise, he will attend a month long course for ESL and Communication skills.     My Client was a Manpower Services Supply Company (Aviation Industry) - As a consultant I was required to work on the standardisation of the Learning and Development process for their client and according to the policy regulations set by a government body for RAMP Services Staff. Specifically, my role was to provide consultancy on preparing and completing the SoP teaching and testing. I lead the design of the training from scratch including preparing Student materials, Testing, Teaching and…

    My Client was a Manpower Services Supply Company (Aviation Industry) - As a consultant I was required to work on the standardisation of the Learning and Development process for their client and according to the policy regulations set by a government body for RAMP Services Staff. Project lasted more than a year where I had the opportunity to train hundreds of staff, then test as per the set standards and finally certify to be job ready.     Conducted a seminar on 'Emotional Intelligence' for teachers and trainers belonging to more than 15 schools in the UAE. About 100+ participated in the seminar + training and were mostly educationist working for the schools including primary, secondary and high school education.
