The company headquartered in the heart of Silicon Valley, Santa Clara California U.S, with sales branch around the world, Aerohive china R&D in HangZhou is looking for talents to join our engineering team, following is job qualification: - BS/MS EE/CS/CE along with minimal 2 years of work experience. - Master of C programming, hands on software development experience, with one or more of the following knowledge: Multi-core OS internal software development. Linux kernel coding experience is highly desired. Familiar with 802.11 protocol suite, the more the better. Familiar with networking protocols (layer2,3 and 4~7). Management/Security protocol knowledge is a plus. Hands on experience for cross-compilation, GNU binutil, JTAG, embedded systems, ICE, debug tools, etc. Work experience of board bring up. Work experience in multithreading programming - Must be a very sharp and fast learner, prove of tracking record is desired. - Must have solid problem solving, analytical skills, and the ability to find your own way out of woods for technical challenges. - Architectural skills desired(portability, modularity, & implement/design), "Good programmers know what to write, great ones know what to rewrite (and reuse)." - Can-do altitude and team player are Must. - Be able to read/write in English, and be able to conduct oral conversation in English is a plus.
