We're losing the origin here. Is that a problem? Could we use the existing
origin from - I suppose - rootWindowRect()?

We probably need to skip the pending window rect, since it's expected to be
paired with the ViewMsg_Move_ACK, that you won't get if you don't send
ViewHostMsg_RequestMove.

OK, LGTM. I guess it doesn't modify the flow except for the tests that enable
set_short_circuit_size_updates so it's fairly safe.
