Tools and features related to Conversational Actions are no longer available (see [What is being removed?](/assistant/ca-sunset#what_is_being_removed)). |\n\n\u003cbr /\u003e\n\n\nThank you for being an integral part of the Google Assistant ecosystem. We look\nforward to continuing to invest in voice experiences, and working with you to\nbuild the future of Assistant. To learn more about the future of Assistant's\ndeveloper ecosystem, see the [Conversational Actions\nsunset](https://goo.gle/ca-sunset-blog) blog post.\n\nWhat is being removed?\n\nOn **June 13, 2023**, the following content and functionality will be removed:\n\n- **Conversational Actions** : Conversational Actions are Actions that extend the functionality of Assistant with custom conversational experiences. **All Conversational Actions will be removed, and will no longer be\n available to users or developers.**\n\nOn **September 13, 2022**, the following feature was removed:\n\n- **Actions console analytics** : [Analytics in the Actions console](/assistant/console/analytics) provide information about your Action's usage. As of **September 13, 2022** you can no longer access your Conversational Action's analytics in the console.\n\nOther features and products related to Conversational Actions may be removed\nbefore June 13, 2023. See the [Changelog](/assistant/ca-sunset/changelog) for\nthe most up-to-date information about these removals. You will also be notified\nof any removals if/when they occur.\n\nHow do I know if my Action is a Conversational Action?\n\nConversational Actions extend the functionality of Assistant with custom\nconversational experiences. To check if your Action is a Conversational Action,\nfollow these steps:\n\n1. Go to the [Actions console](https://console.actions.google.com).\n2. Open your Actions project.\n3. Click **Overview** in the top navigation.\n4. Check for a banner at the top that says that your project is a Conversational Action.\n\nIf there is no banner, your Actions project is not a Conversational Action and\nwon't be affected. Note that the banner appears for both deployed and undeployed\nConversational Actions.\n\nWhat can I do with Conversational Actions until June 13, 2023?\n\nYou can still do the following until **June 13, 2023**:\n\n- **View and edit your existing Conversational Action.** You can continue to make changes to your Conversational Action until the sunset date. If you modify your Action and release it to production, it must pass Google's review process again.\n- **Create and deploy new Conversational Actions to production.** Google is maintaining functionality and tooling for Conversational Actions until the sunset date, so you can continue to create and deploy Conversational Actions. Your new Conversational Action is still required to pass a review process before it is deployed to production. For more information about this process, see [Release your Action](/assistant/console/releases).\n\nHow will this change affect my users?\n\nUsers can continue to invoke and use your CA until **June 13, 2023.**\nAdditionally, we've upgraded to higher quality Text to Speech (TTS) voices for\nthe following locales:\n\n- `es-ES`\n- `es-419`\n- `th-TH`\n- `zh-HK`\n- `pt-BR`\n- `da-DK`\n- `sv-SE`\n\nThese TTS improvements are available to your users with no work needed on your\npart.\n\nWhat will happen to non-Conversational Action development paths?\n\nThe following development paths for Actions will continue to exist, and are\nunaffected by this turndown:\n\n- [App Actions](https://developer.android.com/guide/app-actions/overview)\n- [Smart home](/assistant/smarthome/overview)\n- [Actions from web content](/assistant/content/overview)\n- [Media Actions](https://developers.google.com/actions/media)\n\n| **Note:** If your smart home Action was built as a Conversational Action, it is affected by this turndown. You should have been contacted by our smart home team about a migration path.\n\nFor more information about upcoming changes and improvements to these\ndevelopment paths, see the following sections.\n\nApp Actions\n\nTo more accurately reflect how App Actions fits into the Android ecosystem,\nwe've **migrated App Actions documentation to the Android developer site** . You\ncan see the App Actions docs in their new location\n[here](https://developer.android.com/guide/app-actions/overview).\n\nThe **App Actions shortcuts API has exited beta and is generally available** .\nThis release means that your App Actions implementations that use\n`shortcuts.xml` are fully supported through our [support\nchannels](/assistant/app/support/support-resources).
