API Tier Upgrade Not Working - Paid Over $2000, Payment Matured

I am writing to report an issue regarding the Gemini API tier upgrade.

I have already paid well over $2000 for the API, and my successful payment was made more than a month ago. According to your documentation, I should be eligible for an upgrade to Tier 3. However, on my API key page (https://aistudio.google.com/app/u/2/apikey), I still do not see any option to increase my tier. This directly contradicts the User Tier section in the rate limits documentation.

I have submitted multiple forms and contacted Google Billing customer support, but I have not received any response whatsoever.

Is the tier upgrade feature currently working as intended, or is the upgrade option unavailable to users entirely?

I am ready to provide my Project ID via direct message for further investigation if needed.

Unfortunately, the reason I am posting here in the first place is that I have already contacted Google Cloud Billing support. They informed me that they could not help with this issue and that it was not within their scope.

To be frank, it is quite frustrating to be directed back to a support channel that has already proven unable to assist. My problem is not a billing issue; it is a technical issue where the tier upgrade option is not appearing on the Gemini API platform, despite my account meeting the documented requirements.

Could you please escalate this to the actual Gemini API engineering or technical team that can investigate why the system is not reflecting my eligibility for a tier upgrade? I feel like I am being passed back and forth between departments.

I am ready to provide my Project ID at any time.
