问题

docker默认下载源比较慢，需要进行下载源设置加速pip下载

解决方案

阿里源：

RUN pip3 config set global.index-url http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple
RUN pip3 config set install.trusted-host mirrors.aliyun.com

清华源

RUN pip3 config set global.index-url https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple
