1. DENOMINACIÓN DE LA CONTRATACIÓN.
Contratación de servicio de SUMINISTRO Y PINTADO EN MUROS INTERIORES
Y EXTERIORES, PINTADO DEL CIELO RASO Y BARNIZADO PIEDRA LAJA
EN TORRES DEL PARQUE PIQUICHAS A TODO COSTO INCLUYE
MATERIALES Y MANO DE OBRA para el proyecto: REMODELACIÓN DE
AMBIENTE DE RECREACIÓN ACTIVA EN EL PARQUE PIQUICHA, DISTRITO
DE ABANCAY, PROVINCIA DE ABANCAY, DEPARTAMENTO DE APURÍMAC.
2. FINALIDAD PÚBLICA.
El proyecto nace por la necesidad de brindar una adecuada infraestructura de
recreación activa para la población de niños y adulto mayor de la ciudad de
Abancay.
3. ANTECEDENTES.
La municipalidad provincial de Abancay, ha programado la ejecución del proyecto:
REMODELACIÓN DE AMBIENTE DE RECREACIÓN ACTIVA EN EL PARQUE
PIQUICHA, DISTRITO DE ABANCAY, PROVINCIA DE ABANCAY,
DEPARTAMENTO DE APURÍMAC, cuyo objetivo central es brindar mejor servicio
de recreación en el parque LOS PIQUICHAS.
4. OBJETIVO DE LA CONTRATACIÓN.
Servicio de SUMINISTRO Y PINTADO EN MUROS INTERIORES Y
EXTERIORES, PINTADO DEL CIELO RASO Y BARNIZADO PIEDRA LAJA EN
TORRES DEL PARQUE PIQUICHAS A TODO COSTO INCLUYE MATERIALES
Y MANO DE OBRA, para realizar el trabajo de pintado de ambientes interiores y
exteriores del parque recreacional Piquichas.
5. CARACTERÍSTICAS Y CONDICIONES DEL SERVICIO A CONTRATAR.
5.1. DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA ACTIVIDAD A DESARROLLAR Y CANTIDAD DEL
SERVICIO A EJECUTAR.
De acuerdo a lo establecido en los planos y presupuesto se tiene programado
el pintado de muros de ambientes interiores y exteriores, pintado del cielo raso
y barnizado de piedra laja en torres del parque Piquichas siendo las áreas
detalladas a continuación:

Para la realización del servicio de pintado de muros interiores y exteriores así
como del cielo raso el proveedor deberá de incluir el suministro de pintura
satinada, la obra abastecerá de imprimante, sellador y temple para el
tratamiento de muros previo al pintado con pintura satinada.
5.2. SEGUROS Y OBLIGACIONES DEL PROVEEDOR.
El contratista es responsable de seguros de salud, riesgo de su personal,
leyes sociales y todos los conceptos que demande el servicio.
5.3. LUGAR DE PRESTACIÓN DEL SERVICIO.
La ejecución del servicio se realizará en las instalaciones del Parque
Piquichas, sito en la urbanización Magisterial primera cuadra.
5.4. PLAZO DE LA PRESTACIÓN DEL SERVICIO.
El plazo de la ejecución del servicio es de acuerdo al siguiente cronograma,
programado en 15 días calendarios, contabilizados a partir, de la notificación y
generación del orden de servicio.
5.5. CONFORMIDAD DEL SERVICIO.
Se realizará en el pago del 100 % por el Monto Total del Contrato,
correspondiente a la conclusión de todas las actividades detalladas en el ítem
5.1.
El pago será en su totalidad, después de realizada la entrega de los bienes,
con el V°B° del supervisor de la obra y formato de conformidad del residente
de obra.
5.6. PENALIDADES
La penalidad se aplicará conforme al Art. 162 del reglamento de la ley de
contrataciones del estado.
Las causales para la resolución del contrato, serán aplicadas de
conformidad con el artículo 36 de la Ley y 164 del Reglamento.
Todos los demás aspectos del presente procedimiento no contemplados en las bases
se regirán supletoriamente por la Ley y su Reglamento, así como por las disposiciones
legales vigentes.
