fixant le Salaire Minimum Interprofessionnel
Garanti (SMIG).
LE PREMIER MINISTRE, CHEF DU GOUVERNEMENT,
Vu la Constitution ;
Vu la C99 Convention sur les méthodes de fixation des salaires minima
(agriculture), 1951;
Vu la C131 Convention sur la fixation de salaires minima, 1970;
Vu la loi n 92/007 du 14 août 1992 portant Code du Travail ;
Vu le décret n° 92/089 du 04 mai 1992 précisant les attributions du Premier
Ministre, modifié et complété par le décret n° 95/145 bis du 04 août 1995 ;
Vu le décret n° 93/084/PM du 26 janvier 1993 fixant l'organisation et le
fonctionnement de la Commission Nationale Consultative du Travail ;
Vu le décret n 2011/408 du 09 décembre 2011 portant organisation du
Gouvernement, modifié et complété par le décret n° 2018/190 du 02 mars
2018;
Vu le décret n 2019/001 du 04 janvier 2019 portant nomination d'un Premier
Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement ;
Sur l'avis de la Commission Nationale Consultative du Travail rendu en sa
24eme session du 08 février 2023,
DECRETE:
ARTICLE 1- Le Salaire Minimum Interprofessionnel Garanti, en abrégé
« SMIG » est, à compter de la date de signature du présent décret, fixé ainsi
qu'il suit:
41.875 Francs CFA pour les agents de l'Etat relevant du Code du
Travail;
45.000 Francs CFA pour le secteur agricole et assimilé;
GO.QQO Francs CFA pour les autres SeGeliIUU

ARTICLE 2.- Sont abrogées, toutes les dispositions antérieures contraires,
notamment le décret n° 2014/2217/PM du 24 juillet 2014 portant revalorisation
du Salaire Minimum Interprofessionnel Garanti (SMIG).
ARTICLE 3.- Le présent décret sera enregistré, publié suivant la procédure
d'urgence, puis inséré au Journal Officiel en français et en anglais. /-

THE PRIME MINISTER, HEAD OF GOVERNMENT,
Mindful of the Constitution;
Mindful of the Minimum Wage Fixing Machinery (Agriculture) Convention,
1951 (No. 99);
Mindful of the Minimum Wage Fixing Convention, 1970 (No. 131)
Mindful of Law No. 92/007 of 14 August 1992 on the Labour Code;
Mindful of Decree No. 92/089 of 4 May 1992 to specify the duties of the
Prime Minister, as amended and supplemented by Decree No.
95/0145 (a) of 4 August 1995;
Mindful of Decree No. 93/084 of 26 January, 1993 to lay down the
organization and functioning of the National Labour Advisory
Board;
Mindful of Decree No. 2011/408 of 9 December 2011 to organize the
Government, as amended and supplemented by Decree No.
2018/198 of 2 March 2018;
Mindful of Decree No. 2019/001 of 4 January 2019 to appoint a Prime
Minister, Head of Government;
On the recommendation of the National Labour Advisory Board
adopted at its 24th session on 28 February 2023,
HEREBY DECREES AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1: The Guaranteed Minimum Wage (GMW), is, with effect from the
date of signature of this decree, fixed as follows:
- 41 875 CFA francs for State employees governed by the Labour Code;
- 45 000 CFA francs for the agricultural and related sectors;
- GO OOO CFA francs for other sectoS

ARTICLE 2: Ali previous provisions repugnant to those of this decree, in
particular Decree No. 2014/2217/PM of 24 July 2014 to upgrade the
Guaranteed Minimum Wage (GMW).
ARTICLE 3: This decree shall be registered, published according to the
procedure of urgency and inserted in the Official Gazette in English and
French.
