OBJECTIF OPERATIONNEL DE PREMIER NIVEAU DE SITUATION

 INTENTION POURSUIVIE :
Acquérir la compétence permettant de s’intégrer au marché de travail, en tenant compte des
précisions ci-dessous et en participant aux activités proposées, selon le plan de mise en
situation, les conditions et les critères qui suivent.
 PRECISIONS :
 Mettre en pratique les connaissances et les compétences acquises durant la formation.
 Se conformer aux règles, aux procédures, et aux pratiques existant à bord d’un navire de
pêche.
 Faire le point sur ses acquis de formation au regard des exigences de l’exercice de la
profession.
 PLAN DE MISE EN SITUATION:

Phase 1: Préparation de l’embarquement à bord du navire


 Prendre connaissance des modalités et des renseignements relatifs à l’embarquement.
 Se fixer les critères de sélection des navires.
 Effectuer les démarches pour être accepté comme stagiaire.

Phase 2: Participation aux entretiens et à la conduite des machines marines


 S’informer sur les règles et les pratiques en vigueur à bord.
 Observer les pratiques liées aux activités de l’équipage machine.
 Effectuer différentes tâches d’entretien et de conduite des machines ou participer à leur
exécution.
 Tenir à jour son journal de bord.

Phase 3: Evaluation de l’expérience de formation à bord


 Produire un rapport sur son expérience de formation à bord.
 Présenter un résumé succinct de ses expériences au cours d’un échange en groupe.
 CONDITIONS D’ENCADREMENT

 Créer un climat propice à l’intégration et à l’épanouissement personnel et professionnel de


l’élève en tout temps.
 Favoriser les échanges de points de vue entre les élèves et la possibilité pour eux de
s’exprimer, aussi bien avant leur départ pour l’embarquement qu’à leur retour.
 Faire connaître à l’avance les objectifs de la formation à bord.
 S’entendre avec les personnes du milieu pour favoriser l’exécution de tâches
professionnelles et développer l’autonomie de la personne en formation.
 Assurer une collaboration étroite entre le milieu de travail et celui du milieu de la
formation.
 S’assurer une supervision efficace et constante du stagiaire.
 Assurer un encadrement régulier de l’élève.

 CRITERES DE PARTICIPATION

Phase 1 :
 Recherche un lieu de stage en respectant les consignes
Phase 2 :
 Note les renseignements demandés dans son journal de bord.
 Démontre une attitude professionnelle dans l’exécution des tâches qui lui sont confiées.
Phase 3 :
 Rédige un rapport de stage.
 Exprime son opinion sur l’expérience du stage.
