Currently managing a production plant of 3000 sq. meter, with 21 people and an annual turnover of 1.4 M€. I Love to develop new projects from scratch, but with potential. I follow the market and competition, never to follow behind, but to find out what I can do better. I make of client’s satisfaction our best Marketing strength. I take every moment to prepare the future of the company, continuously looking of ways to improve and develop new skills. The message that I transmit to the personnel at all times: “if you think you know everything, you will stop learning” nobody wants to pass on information to dose whom already know. Always question yourself, as a motivation to do better.
