Maven 配置多个仓库和镜像时，下载优先级和顺序遵循以下规则：

一、仓库类型与配置位置

1. 中央仓库（默认）

   • 地址：https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2
   • 配置：隐式存在，无需手动配置。

2. 镜像仓库（settings.xml）

   • 覆盖中央仓库或其他远程仓库。
