Galaxy Z Fold 6 Rear Camera is Allegedly Getting an Upgrade as Tipster Shares The Picture of Phone's Camera

The closer we get to July, the more we will hear about the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and all the other devices that Samsung is working on. The company is all set to release a range of long-awaited devices on July 10th, and the good thing is that we will get a lot of information leading up to the launch.

An upgraded camera on the Galaxy Z Fold 6 is an absolute upgrade that we need

For some time, we have been hearing about the Galaxy Z Fold 6 and the Galaxy Z Flip 6 receiving an upgraded camera system. This has become absolutely essential, as these phones have been using average cameras at best. Yesterday, we published that the Galaxy Z Flip 6 will finally be jumping to a 50-megapixel unit from a 12-megapixel unit that the company has been using for a while.

Now, Ice Universe has shared the back of the Galaxy Z Fold 6, which shows that the phone actually has a different camera design compared to past renditions. It is worth noting that the image shared just shows a new design, and the actual sensor could be the same.

Although I am excited that the Galaxy Z Fold 6 could bring an upgraded camera system, if you look at the image closely, you will see that the Galaxy AI logo is at the bottom left of the picture. That makes us wonder if this is real or just something conjured up using AI.

I would not really go ahead and point figures at the source for sharing incorrect information as they happen to have one of the best track records when it comes to tips, but at this point, anything can happen. There are two possibilities at the moment: Galaxy Z Fold 6 actually gets an upgraded design and camera, or it comes with the same design aspects and camera specs as last year.

The new foldable and all the other Samsung devices are scheduled for July 10th, later this year. This means that as the official launch approaches, there is expected to be a lot of coverage, and of course, there will be a lot of leaks, as well. So, we will be sure to keep you posted on everything we learn about what Samsung has been cooking.
