This workbook along with the BPD survival guide book and Mindfulness for BPD has been a god send. I’ve gotten my symptoms so under control and managed. Their workbook and the other two I mentioned are great for self aware folks who therapy was not working for whatever reason. I felt my therapists were constantly trying to apply BPD stigma too me and we’re claiming they had experience to work with BPD clients only from textbooks and not in person experience. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5

The workbook is amazing. It’s not just CBT or DBT. It can be a bit depressing filling out the questions but the workbook reassures you. I highly recommend it. No prejudge, makes you reflect and not feel crappy about yourself. The book is valuable in that it requires you to actively engage and explore your issues/BPD, and it does so in a very structured way. I previously thought that just reading up on BPD and healing methods here and there could be enough to aid in my healing, but after getting my hands on this book, I realized it takes proactive work to heal, and this book does just that. - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5

This workbook is fantastic, even if you don't have borderline, this book is helpful for anyone facing issues relating to cptsd, dissociative issues, and negative patterns that need addressing, among many other things. This workbook forces you to take a look at yourself and sometimes, it's hard, but the author has written it in such a way as to allow you to take your time..take breaks, do what you need to and come back to these difficult portions.
