In Washington, D.C. he met and married a Filipina immigrant, and they raised two daughters, both now married with professional positions. A portrait of Kevin should include his separate fascination with space as a future frontier. As a kid he won a school science fair blue ribbon with a project on Mars. While his daughters were growing up he wrote a series of science fiction stories for them about Mars as a future frontier.view less
