She has recorded them on tape for herself, has placed them in various places in her home, on her car’s steering wheel and at work, in order to expose herself to a new way of thinking about herself and her life. Her main message is, “we have a choice of what we say to ourselves; by saying, affirming and nurturing statements to ourselves, we can heal inside and, therefore, be who we want to be and who we are meant to be.”
Besides finding gratification in writing, Rita loves to spend time outdoors, especially bicycling and walking. She lives in Southern Arizona.view less
