She is a registered dietitian (RD) and a licensed dietitian/nutritionist (LDN), and a member of both the American Dietetic Association and the American Association of Family and Consumer Sciences. She has worked in private practice as a clinical dietitian in Baltimore, Maryland and New Orleans, Louisiana, and is presently a faculty member at Southern University A&M College, Baton Rouge, Louisiana.view less
