Decades ago, families would keep their distinguished senior relatives at home until death, as they were considered the patriarch and matriarch of the family. It’s quite a different scenario than compared to that of today, as families are busy with the hustle and bustle of running to kid’s soccer, baseball, volleyball and basketball games. Many families have at least one parent working 10 or more hours per day to pay the bills. We are consumed with cell phones, laptops, iPods, and MP3 players; yes, times have changed.
