Andrew Bird
Drew Bird is an experienced leadership and organization development practitioner who works with leaders from all levels, helping them tackle the real challenges that they face every day. Drawing on his experience as a senior leader in a variety of organizational settings and situations, his pragmatic approach helps leaders to engage and empower their teams with the goal of creating vibrant, healthy, and highly productive workplaces. Drew is a member of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and holds an MSc in Organizational Psychology, and an MA in Leadership. When not pursuing his passion for individual and organizational improvement, he is an avid sailor, triathlete, and cyclist. His love of travel has taken him all over the world, including Canada, the US, Australia, Africa, and Europe. Drew is married to Zoë, and lives in Kelowna, British Columbia, Canada. Jason Giesbrecht, a senior healthcare leader, has extensive experience leading and managing many different types of teams in complex work environments. He has been a university educator at undergraduate and graduate levels as well as a clinician in a variety of public and private health-care settings. He has facilitated courses on leadership and management, has authored numerous ebooks, and has been published in a highly respected peer-reviewed medical journal. Jason holds bachelor's degrees in psychology and physical therapy a master's degree in rehabilitation medicine, and is a member of the Canadian Association of Healthcare Leaders and the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia. Committed to balance in life, Jason also finds time to pursue his other passions, which include sailing, mountain biking, running, and playing the guitar.
