Hi, we are The Abbotts, counsellors, writers and paranormal specialists. We run a New Age web site called ‘Spiritwatch’ at http://www.spiritwatch.com and each month we run spiritual missions to help humanity or the planet. One of our regular and most popular missions is that of the Forgiveness Mission. Each year we try to forgive those who we have hurt in some way and forgive those who have hurt us. We have deemed March 3rd as Forgiveness Day!

Many people do not know how to forgive men and women who have hurt them and nor do they know how to find forgiveness for their own lower actions. So, we have been inspired to write this simple little book with the hope that if you are suffering from a lack of forgiveness that it may help you overcome this devastating emotional block!

We believe that everyone has the necessary psychic and spiritual tools at their fingertips to make contact with higher beings, spirits and people at a distance and with their help, find forgiveness and create a happier, more loving, less stressful and spiritually fulfilling life and we can show you how!

No doubt, our clients’ attempts to contact and work with forgiveness are similar to your own and so, we will mention many of these scenarios but of course, for our clients’ privacy, we will change the names!

Chapter One - Why We Should Forgive

As counsellors for many years, we have met many clients who have great issues with forgiveness. So much so, that it is often ruining their lives!

People will often hold on to grudges all their lives and carry hate and anger around with them, on a daily basis causing them physical illnesses, mental strain and ruining potentially good relationships! They can’t or won’t let these old issues dissolve away and instead, persecute themselves unnecessarily!

Why are we all so self-destructive that we cannot forgive others who have hurt us in some manner or forgive ourselves and lessen the guilt and shame over thoughtless actions, done in the past?
