Young families often rent flats. Fortunately, I have a flat. I live in a block of flats in Budapest. There are three rooms in my flat: a kitchen, a living room and a bedroom. Unfortunately, there isn’t a big bathroom in my flat. It has central heating. My flat has a nice view. Its windows overlook the park. It is very comfortable and nice. I really like it.

Сегодня жильё – большая проблема. Жить можно в квартире или частном доме. В городах большинство людей живёт в квартирах. Только очень богатые люди могут жить в частном доме в большом городе. Студенты обычно живут вместе в одной квартире. Молодые семьи часто снимают квартиру. К счастью, у меня своя квартира. Я живу в многоэтажном доме в Будапеште. В моей квартире 3 комнаты: кухня, зал и спальная. К сожалению, в моей квартире нет большой ванной. В квартире центральное отопление. Из квартиры отличный вид. Её окна выходят на парк. Моя квартира очень удобная и красивая. Мне она очень нравится.

Banks are very useful. That’s why there are a lot of banks. Banks have got a lot of clients. You can keep your money there. You can also take out a loan from a bank. You can also pay by credit card. Credit cards are very helpful abroad. I use my credit card very often. And of course, I have a bank account, too. There isn’t much money in my account. The bank pays all my bills from my account. There is a bank near my house. But I don’t go to the bank very often. I can also manage my account on the Internet. It is very convenient.

Банки очень полезны. Поэтому банков так много. У банков много клиентов. Там можно хранить деньги. В банке также можно взять кредит. Платить можно и кредитной картой. Кредитные карты очень удобны за границей. Я очень часто пользуюсь кредитной картой. И, конечно, у меня есть банковский счёт. На моём счёте немного денег. Банк оплачивает все мои счета с моего счёта. Рядом с моим домом есть банк. Но в банк я хожу нечасто. Я могу управлять своим счётом через интернет. Это очень удобно.

My birthday is my favourite day. I like birthdays very much. You can get a lot of presents for your birthday. My birthday is in November. I always celebrate it. I invite all my friends to my birthday party. There are usually about twenty people at my birthday party. My mum always bakes a big cake for my birthday. And there are a lot of presents in my room. It’s a pity that my birthday party isn’t today. I have a name day, too. In Hungary everybody has a name day. My name day is in February. You can get presents for a name day, too. But I don’t celebrate it.

День рождения – мой любимый праздник. Я очень люблю дни рождения. На день рождения можно получить много подарков. Мой день рождения в ноябре. Я всегда его отмечаю. Я приглашаю всех своих друзей на день рождения. На моём празднике обычно бывает около двадцати человек. Мама всегда печёт большой торт на мой день рождения. А в моей комнате много подарков. Жаль, что мой день рождения не сегодня. У меня есть и именины. В России у многих есть именины. Мои именины в феврале. На именины тоже можно получить подарки. Но я их не отмечаю.
