In our daily life, we often tend to brush aside, overlook, suppress, and ignore our emotions. Who has the time for all that drama? That is what most of us would say.
These unresolved emotions take a toll on us and it manifests in so many ways - shopping, overeating, substance abuse, health problems, and us spending money on things that will temporarily make us feel good.
