    Welcome to The Ultimate Beginners Guide To Clean Living:  Tips, Tools and Tricks for Your Body and Home.  This book is for beginners because it is written step by step in everyday English.  It is also written for those who have completed commercial detoxes before and do not enjoy the side effects or felt that they just keep going back to their old habits, requiring yet another expensive detox.

    Once you have read Chapter 1, you do not have to read the book in order.  Only you know your body and know what you need at any given time.  The appendixes will be something you want to save to your smart phone or print off and reference daily, especially when preparing your shopping lists.

    This book is not meant to be a substitution for treatment by a doctor and is not meant to treat chronic diseases such as cancer or heart disease or other conditions currently treated by medication.
