Meditating at work is something that seems unthinkable, even idealistic! At work, we are always being requested to do hundreds of things: a file to finish urgently, dealing with a disagreeable boss, endless meetings, an unexpected speech or conference, etc. For some people, these professional situations exceed what their minds and bodies are capable of coping with: high blood pressure, stress, trouble sleeping or headaches, which can sometimes lead to depression or burnout.
