About this ebook
is my autobiographic story of my spiritual awakening in 2015, with anecdotes from my life before 2015, from being the class clown to getting drugs from the ADD doctor, to my life-changing experiences in 2015, when I discovered that meditation is my medication.

How I discovered the universe inside and found healing
Let go of the universe, and the universe is yours.
Introduction
Do you want to know how to be happy?
Here are the 3 steps:
Be grateful
Let go
Take action
Long story short.
Are you happy now?
Just reading this won’t get you far. You have to apply it, integrate it into your life.
Why haven’t you done this before? Because it’s not what they teach in schools. Not yet. Like Yoda said You must unlearn what you have learned.
How did I get from just watching Star Wars to becoming like Yoda?
Read on and find it out. But don’t forget to apply what you read. And don’t hurry. Take your time. You will realize that you are already where you want to be. Don’t worry, be happy.
Just An Angry Dreamer
He’s counting daisies again, no wonder he doesn’t score.
Look at that cute boy, he’s such a nice boy. Looking like an angel with that blonde hair and that charming childish smile. But he doesn’t seem to be here. He’s just a dreamer. There he walks around on the soccer field, staring at the ground. Doesn’t he know how grass looks like? How can he find that so interesting? He’s got to shoot the ball! Score some goals! Well, he’s a defender, ok, so he’s got to be there for the team and defend.
