INTRODUCTION

Quilling is an ancient form of art, accessible to any body and also inexpensive. It isn’t highly exacting and the needed tools and materials are affordable. You can use materials from the bookstore or whatever you find in the house. Through this technique you have the possibility to accomplish amazing works of art.
