Lucas Enterprises. He has over four decades of experience in human resources development, management, and customer service in a variety of organizational environments. Bob has served on various non-profit boards where he has been President of the Central Florida Chapter of the Association for Talent Development (formerly the American Society for Training and Development), Chair of Leadership Seminole in Seminole County, Florida and on the board for the Florida Authors and Publishers Association (FAPA). Bob is also an avid writer.
