This was the book I've been looking for! A solid manual on how to make the most of your life day-by-day. Marcus' casual and oftentimes funny voice is logical, no-nonsense, and, best of all, backed by research.

several very good ideas, before chapter 10 you're going to read some stuff that is good and sometimes out of the ordinary. After those chapters. I think the book gets less interesting.

I always lean more towards authors who do their own audibles and this book confirms why. You hear the passion of what he does and he makes it enjoyable to listen to. Good stuff!

Some good ideas, but many I don't agree with, especially around diet. Cherry pick the content that works for you.
