FOREWORD

God is doing a magnificent work in the earth. We’ve entered into a season of revival which is coming to the whole world. I’ve been in some of the most extraordinary moves of God on the face of the earth that have ever been recorded; and we are NOW seeing a change in the style of the move of the Holy Spirit. This book notes that change, and highlights some of the ways in which we are experiencing those extraordinary moves of God.

God is always moving, and as opposed to seeing quantative miracles, we are seeing quality. We’re seeing the kinds of miracles that skeptics cannot deny have taken place. We’re seeing the kinds of miracles whereby villages, cities, and even nations are being transformed. Also churches are beginning to grow, not by our efforts, but by the kinds of people God is sending. Because, Except the LORD build the house, they that build it, labor in vain.

We’re seeing the kinds of people that are responsible and mature, grown up in the things of God, to handle and manage responsibly the investment of the new wine God has given. It has to do with our capacity to release FAITH. We must walk in an understanding of who we are and God’s purpose for our life; and then we can posture ourselves for great things. On the other hand, God does not have a need or want to be understood. The Bible has 66 books, and in all those books, we do not have or know the vastness or entirety of God. God does not want to be understood! Obadiah has only 21 verses and is valuable as a book in the Bible. As Obadiah is a book within a book, so Understanding the Prophetic is a book within the confines of what God has spoken through His prophet. Truth is endless, because everything God has spoken has never been recorded. Who can know all truth? Even God Himself doesn’t know how BAD He is! Ephesians 1:19 tells us that He exceeds His own greatness.

We cannot know eveything about a Being that is omi-potential (omnipotent), has unlimited potential; that is omni-science (omniscient), has all knowledge of all sciences, and is omni-present, is everywhere at the same time. All we need to know is what He has given us to know. God does not want to be understood! He wants to be believed! His WORD brings to us the place of belief and faith. Without faith it is impossible to please God.

God calculates our gift, our qualifications, and our ability to empower those around us. When God places an individual on the earth, He counts what it would cost to maintain him/her. God counted the cost for everything that we are called to do, and paid for it in full. If we can walk in increased faith, we can have anything, and then God will work in multiplication. He will multiply His investment in us to empower others. If we can believe the WORD, we can have metastasized blessings. We have to have revelation knowledge. Anytime anyone is promoted in the kingdom, it is because of revelation.

When we are empowered by the preached word, a word has opened up to us and we have faith to believe what was spoken. In the beginning was the revelation (WORD), and the revelation was with God. Understanding the Prophetic loved Sandra before she loved it. It was looking for her even before she found it and began writing this book. There is something in the revelatory realm of God that is looking for us, and it loves us more than we love it. You cannot love a revelation that is unborn to time if you cannot love what He is saying NOW! You’ll be great in your future because you love your present. If you can love what God is saying right NOW, at this moment, then you are being positioned for what you cannot see. The things that you are looking for—what you cannot see, are the things that are great; the eternal things. The revelation is looking for you right now; to find you, to liberate you; and once you get that revelation, it is going to position you for the next dimension in your life.
