Me parece que es un audiolibro bastante util para la vida, ya que trata sobre sintomas muy comunes como la ansiedad. La ansiedad lo impulsa a la actividad. Lo prepara para enfrentar una circunstancia debilitante. Te influye para que examines más duro para ese examen y te mantiene alerta cuando estás haciendo un discurso.
