Since I started listening to this audio book my life has radically changed now I live the calm day, I do not worry as much as before and my anxiety levels have decreased, thanks to the author Adam Brown my life changed totally for the better, I feel better and much more obtimist that before listening to the entire book, I recommend that you buy it - Rating: 5 out of 5 stars5/5
