We welcome you to your new book in the Kids Experience collection " Gardening with your children ", a practical guide from our gardening experience shared with our child, as well as more than a decade in the organization of dozens of activities for kids of all ages.

Gardening is not just an enjoyable hobby, but it can change one's eating habits by adopting a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet. All the gardeners will tell you: there is no greater satisfaction than eating your own vegetables and fruits that have been patiently cared for days and weeks! Knowing what you eat and savoring the fruits of your own work helps a lot to change your diet by balancing it without even realizing it. With motivation and simplicity. Imagine what it can bring to your child...
