Secondly, I hope that this book will be helpful to understand the Quality Assurance Testing field better and show how great it is.

Today, to be a professional QA Tester is not only to receive the high salaries, but also to start being the part of the great society, calling Hi-Tech community.
Why was it decided to write this book?
Firstly, in order to share QA knowledge (more than 15 years’ experience) to others.
Secondly, the information provided in this book will be interesting not only for beginners in Quality Assurance field, but also for professionals. The content of this book is introduced in different form from the accepted standards. If you were taken some professional QA courses, such as ISTQB, you would probably know that the studied program includes the relevant (sometime not clear) information regarding the processes and it structure. Sometimes It’s not easy for professionals and definitely not for the beginners without any or 2-3 years’ experience in the industry.
I hope that this book will be a good and useful tool to your QA professionalism.

2.1. QA Definition
Let’s talk about the QA definition. From the professional literature you will find that word QA has two descriptions: Quality and Assurance.
Quality is a measure of excellence, or level of rating for the product.
Assurance is a positive declaration intended to give confidence, guaranty for such product.
The combination of both two words will give us a QA industry, focused on guaranty for the quality of the purchased products.
2.2. QA Role
Any company in modern world wants to provide the best quality for her purchased/manufactured products. As the customers of today, we would like to receive a very good and useful product without problems and are ready to pay for it. However, sometimes the reality is different (especially for the new items). As an example, we see the car dealer’s recalls, newspaper’s alerts relative to the food problems and other. The bad quality of products may have a huge impact on the company future. That is why the respectful small and big manufactures are spending a big budget for QA department, to ensure the customer’s satisfaction and expectation.
2.3. Types of QA
QA process is working according to the specified standards and requirements. As it was mentioned earlier, the word QA has the general definition. However, the QA role is not similar among manufactures and organizations. It very depends on the type of
