About this ebook
King Solomon, one of the wisest men who ever lived said, 'As a Man thinks in his heart so is he,' meaning that we are products of our thoughts. Therefore, as humans we have a right and wrong way of thinking. It is time we take our POWER back by taking full ownership of our thinking and our thoughts.
People often suffer in life due to a lack of knowledge; we do better when we know better.
The principle that controls our thinking is a Spiritual law, hence it applies to every human being on the face of the earth.
This piece of literature is to help us as individuals learn about the mysteries that govern human thinking/thoughts, take corrective actions where need be, and see more Success and Victories in our endeavors.

INTRODUCTION
According to the Laboratory of Neuro Imaging at the University of Southern California, the average person has about 48.6 thoughts per minute, which adds up to a total of 70,000 thoughts per day.
As we can all agree, 70,000 thoughts amount to a lot for our human mind to process . Before we proceed, let us look at what the definition of the word thinking
means.
According to Merriam-Webster Dictionary, the definition of thinking is the action of using one’s mind to produce thoughts.
Thinking is also defined as the process of considering or reasoning about something.
It is fair to say that we all have times of intentional thinking (when we put our thinking cap on) and times when we let our mind wander (daydreaming—happy thoughts only).
Let us elaborate on the two types of thinking I have just mentioned.
Intentional thinking: This is when a person is thinking on purpose to find a solution to a certain situation. This situation may or may not be a problem at hand, but you are trying to find a better way to do something or to deal with an issue.
Mind wandering – According to Wikipedia, mind-wandering (sometimes referred to as task unrelated thought or thinking on autopilot) is the experience of thoughts not remaining on a single topic for a long period of time, particularly when people are engaged in an attention-demanding task. Mind-wandering tends to occur when one is driving.
Day dreaming is defined by Collins’s Dictionary as a pleasant dreamlike fantasy indulged in while awake.
An article in Cognition Today states the following:
Mind-wandering and daydreaming are similar processes. Both involve jumping into an inner fantasy world at the cost of attention to the outside world. The difference is a matter of degree, not kind. Daydreaming can be highly dissociated from reality whereas mind-wandering can be grounded in relevant reality.
The aim and objective of this piece of literature is to help us as individuals take 100 percent ownership of our thinking, and before we can be diligent at taking full control of our thoughts, we must know and understand the impact of what we think.
The discipline of taking charge of our thinking will obviously be easier for some people than for others.
For instance, we all have different backgrounds and different issues we must overcome and mental baggage we must get rid of. In as much as this piece of literature is for all (spiritual and non-spiritual), I will be making references to my spiritual background, which is Christianity.
As a person of faith, I have discovered that there is a real supernatural power that can break mind strongholds off other people. Sometimes just hanging around a certain person that has this power causes one to realise that certain emotional barriers are starting to fall off and no longer exist.
I teach accounting, which is a professional qualification of various levels, and I have observed the start and finish of various students. I have seen progression in their emotions that I think most of them do not even realise.
I always make it a point of duty to have my power/energy on before I start any class, as I am fully aware of the impact OF ENERGY/POWER. It can break any unbelief in other people because of wrong thinking.
From my experience in the classroom, I realise there is some basic spiritual/psychological knowledge that people need to be aware of but lack because no one ever thought them.
The inspiration for this book has come from my experience in the classroom, and it is fair to say that my classes are samples of the population.
Teaching accounting has helped me realise my spiritual gift, which is to empower people. I also realise that some people can build up energy/power and release this positive force on other people as a way of blessing.
One of the primary/main sources of creating power is one’s thinking, but like all good things in life, for the most part, having the ability to create power via one’s thinking does not come
