In respects to sovereignty it is known that without a head of state or a sovereign power overlooking the affairs and business of the state there could be chaos.

INTRODUCTION
Society is made of many different social groups, societies, cultures and classes. Each of these classes have special trends unique to their ideals. These trends could be analysed through regional differences and climate type. Just as telluric hemispheres have polarised opposition (North – Cold, South - Hot) and the central equator latitude by longitude alter in 4x4 compass directions, West Tornado, East Flood, South Draught, North rain, sleet and snow.
