I decided to create an experience for my audience to learn and practice self-evaluation and self-reflection. My growth derived from asking myself the uncomfortable questions so that I could learn how to be comfortable maneuvering throughout life. It is not my desire for you to just read my words. It is my desire for you to consume them and articulate them into your own using a process of asking yourself questions that allow you to self-evaluate and self-reflect.  You will find these questions at the end of every chapter.

Self-Healing through poetic expression opens up the door of opportunity for growth. It also allows you to be able to complete shadow work needed from past and/or current trauma that you have experienced. You will notice the level of vulnerability the author demonstrates as she expresses her internal pain from past experiences and the unconditional love she expresses for the love of her life. Self-Reflection through Internal Research

Self-Reflection is a vital attribute to have in order to prevent stagnancy within self-growth and the growth of your relationships. It is important to research past goals, old writings, social media posts, etc. in order to take accountability and understand your previous mindset and any adjustments you've made that correlates with your current mindset. The author does this by including a Comments by the Author section after each and every poem.

Self- Evaluation through Thorough Analysis

Once you have practiced self-healing and self-reflection, it is imperative to self-evaluate. The evaluation process means being able to take accountability for your previous mindset and the changes you've made that factor into your current state of mind. The author takes you through a timeline of the mindset she had before she met the love of her life along with the development of her mindset during the course of the relationship.
