People frequently believe that being vegan is restrictive or a diet, however, this is not the case. Most vegans enjoy eating; they simply prioritize their ethics and principles when deciding what to eat.

Where do you get your protein?
This is yet another vexing subject that vegans are frequently asked. People act as though meat and dairy are the only protein sources on the planet!
