Joe Stumpf has been in and around the coaching and training business since 1977. In 1986, he started his training and coaching company; since then, it has become one of the largest coaching companies in North America. Joe has a subscription-based company with over 5,000 clients, the purpose of which is to provide the tools, systems, and principles to be highly profitable and at the same time serve others with the heart of a "Super Servant." He invests 100% of his working life leading small live events at his home, creating new stimulators and Work-It-Outs for the PrivateWork Self-Coaching community. His goal is for one million people to do PrivateWork Self-Coaching every day. He divides his time among Northern California, New Zealand, Costa Rica, and Los Angeles.

Be the Seeker!
What job does the part of you that loves to seek perform? The answer may surprise or even shock you—it did me!
THE JOB OF THE SEEKER SELF IS TO SEEK, NOT TO FIND.
Thomas and I were ten minutes into our first coaching call when he said, "Joe, you’re a seeker, you’ll always be seeking; life will be much easier when you stop expecting to find something ."
I responded, Oh, that’s good—repeat it, I wanna write that down.
He chuckled and said, Yep, that’s what seekers do; they capture thoughts like a prisoner on paper.
