About this ebook

In essence, this book is about deconstructing the Buddha story and creating small practices of meditation that you can easily do at home. It is also about creating some parallels between the Buddha story and some of the other meditation lessons I've learned through my study/practice of meditation.

It is a simple guide for learning basic meditation for begginers.

''He had been traveling 6 years, he had experienced pain and suffering and had stretched the boundaries of his mind, but he still hadn't found peace and harmony he had been looking for. The state of absolute wisdom and everlasting bliss known as enlightenment. Siddharta arrived at Bodh Gaya, here his torment would end. He sits down beneath a tree and vowed not leave until he would reach enlightenment.''

''Flesh may decay, bones may fall apart, but I will not leave this place until I've reached enlightenment.''

The Story of Buddha interpreted through the centuries.

How to Meditate Like Buddha - K.Rose

    Introduction

In essence, this book is about deconstructing the Buddha story and creating small practices of meditation that you can easily do at home. It is also about creating some parallels between the Buddha story and some of the other meditation lessons I’ve learned through my study/practice of meditation.

I got introduced to meditation when I was about 23 years old. As I was studying and improving myself, one of the things, that was constantly coming up, as a way to improve and become better was meditation.

At the beginning my main motivation was to improve my life, after studying meditation and doing different practices, I stayed for entirely different reasons.

Meditation was the tool that helped me experience life in a much deeper way and I hope it can do the same for you.

How I suggest for you to use this book

Absorb what is useful, discard what is not, add what is uniquely your own. Bruce Lee.

The best way to use this book is to read it full, that should be easy because it is very short and write things down that you find interesting or useful so you can review them later. Try the practices written inside, do them for a while and see what kind of results you get.  Keep the practices that suit you the best.

Many people make the mistake of reading a book and then saying I know that stuff, before they've even tried a few exercises and tested if the written information works for them and then there are very rare people will really take time and master the information and make it their true skill.

All in all, it depends on what your goal is, what
